She's fine. She just needs things.
Your mother doesn't need a caregiver sitting in her living room. She needs someone to get the mail to the post office and collect the dry cleaning. Those are different jobs — and only one of them costs $176.
- You live three states away
- Or forty minutes and a workday away. Either way you're guessing about how her week went, and the guessing is the part that wears on you.
- She won't accept "help"
- Independent parents refuse a caregiver and accept an errand runner without blinking. It isn't care. It's a hand with the boring things.
- The agencies price it badly
- Every agency here quotes $26–$44 an hour against a four-hour minimum. That's $104 to $176 to drop one parcel at the post office.
The errand is small.

03 What we run
The errands no app will do
Groceries and hot food are solved — the stores deliver and so does everyone else. What nobody covers is the ordinary, awkward, in-person errand. That's the whole job.
We handle
- Mail and the post office — outgoing, certified, PO box
- Packages and the return counter — UPS, FedEx, Amazon
- Dry cleaning and laundry, dropped and collected
- Pet food, litter and supplies from the feed store
- Hardware — filters, bulbs, batteries, propane exchange
- The tailor, the cobbler, the key cutter, the print shop
- Garden centre and nursery runs
- Gifts, cards and wrapping for the grandchildren
- The car to the wash or the oil change, and back
We don't touch
- Medication or prescriptions of any kind
- Cash, cheques, banking or bill payment
- Alcohol, tobacco or vape
- Firearms or ammunition
- Anything needing a signature that carries liability
- Driving your parent anywhere
These aren't oversights. Each one is a category that turns an errand service into a licensing or liability problem, and none of them is worth the risk to your family or ours.
We stay inside a few square miles on purpose.
Short routes are what let us charge a flat price instead of by the hour.

Tell us the week
Choose the day and the plan. We call your parent once to introduce her runner and learn the routine — which dry cleaner she uses, the gate code, the dog.

We run the route
The same runner, the same day, every week. The post office, the dry cleaner, the feed store, the hardware store, the tailor, the return counter. Message us mid-week and we'll add a stop.

You get the proof
A photograph and a short note the moment the run is finished — to your phone, not hers. If something looked off, you hear it from us the same day.

A single run without a plan is $45. Purchases — pet food, hardware, the tailor — are billed at the receipt. We never mark them up.
06 Safety
The part you're actually worried about
- We never drive your parent anywhere
- Not to the doctor, not to lunch, not around the block. Every runner knows it as a rule without exceptions. Your parent is never a passenger in our vehicle, so that entire category of risk isn't on the table.
- Background-checked, bonded, insured
- Every runner clears a criminal background check before a first shift. We carry commercial auto and bailee coverage for property in our care, and we'll send you the certificates.
- We don't carry medication or money
- We don't collect prescriptions at all — not sealed, not in a bag, not as a favour. No cash, no cheques, no banking. Those are the two categories that turn a simple errand into someone else's licence, and we stay out of both.
- The same face every week
- One assigned runner who lives nearby — not whoever an app dispatched. If we ever have to substitute, you know before the run, not after.

What families ask first
What if she doesn't need anything that week?
Most weeks there's something — a parcel to return, mail to post, the dry cleaning. If there genuinely isn't, the runner still stops, says hello, and you still get your note. You're paying for the standing arrangement and the eyes on her, not by the bag.
Do you go inside the house?
Only as far as your parent wants. Most families have us hang the dry cleaning inside the door and leave. We never go anywhere in the home we haven't been invited, and a runner is never there alone with valuables out of your parent's sight.
Will you take her to appointments?
No — and we won't make an exception, even if she asks. Carrying passengers is a different business with different licensing and risk. If your parent needs rides, we'll point you to someone who does it properly.
What won't you do?
No medication or prescriptions, no cash or banking, no alcohol, tobacco or firearms, nothing requiring a liability signature, and we never drive your parent. We'd rather be the service that says no clearly than the one that improvises and gets your family into something.
How do purchases get paid for?
You keep a card on file. The runner pays with a company card at the register — pet food, hardware, the tailor — and the exact receipt is attached to your run summary. No markup, no float, and your parent never hands anyone cash.
Does Medicare or insurance cover this?
No. Medicare has never covered errands or companion services — it's classified as custodial care. Every agency in this market is private-pay too, including the ones that don't say so upfront. This is a cash service and we'd rather you hear that from us.
Which areas do you serve?
Oro Valley and north Tucson: 85704, 85737, 85739, 85742 and 85755. We stay deliberately tight — short routes are what make a flat monthly rate possible.
Can I cancel?
Any time, with no fee and no notice period. Billing is weekly, so you're never sitting on months of unused service.
